2. Java CPU (7u79) vs PSU (7u80) release

3. Install the Java (JDK) 6 on Windows


In my case the JDK installation file is jdk-7u80-windows-i586.exe (for 32 bit Windows). I start the installation and the following window will appear:

Click on 'Run' and the following window will appear:

Click on 'Next'.

Choose C:Javajdkjdk7_u80 the location for the installation.Click on 'Next'.

Choose C:Javajdkjdk7_u80jre7_u80 as JRE location and click 'Next'.

When you see this picture the JDK 7 installation on Windows is completed. Click on 'Close'.

ATTENTION:
If you want to remove a JDK installation you can do it from 'Add/ Remove Programs' from 'Control Panel'.
